We are based in the Des Moines area in central Iowa.

Yes, we are willing to accommodate reasonable travel requests. Travel within 50 miles of Des Moines is included in all package pricing, while additional mileage carries a $1 per mile (round-trip) surcharge.

Our character selection is constantly being updated with new options. We invite you to let us know who you want to show up! Depending on how far out your event is, we may be able to special order a costume just for you!

Yes! You’ll receive a 20% discount if you supply the costume for your booked character appearance. (Please note that provided costumes must be inspected and approved by Noble DJ & Entertainment.)

Absolutely! Our packages are a great starting point but may not be the right fit for you. Just reach out and let us know what you need and we’ll work with you to find the perfect solution.

For best availability, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks before your event.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due the day before the event.

Life happens! If you need to reschedule, we’ll work with you to find a new date at no extra charge (subject to date availability). Cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cash, credit/debit card, and most digital payment services (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle).

While we’re happy to take requests, we won’t play anything inappropriate for the event, or music which the host has asked us not to play.
